高氟区氟、铜、钙、镁、锌对骨龄延迟的交互作用研究 被引量:3

摘要 测定108对骨龄延迟病例和对照的尿氟、血清铜、钙、镁和锌含量。用EPILOG Plus软件包中条件Logistic回归模型对检测结果进行了单因素、多因素和因素之间一级交互作用分析。结果表明,尿氟和血清铜两个因素是高氟区7~15岁青少年骨龄延迟的危险因素。尿氟含量在316.32~1601.58μmol/L者发生骨龄延迟的危险性是在35.26~78.94μmol/L者的4.95倍。血清铜在13.69~22.82 μmol/L者发生骨龄延迟的危险性是6.61~13.68μmol/L者的4倍。氟与钙对骨龄延迟发生有拮抗作用。铜与钙、镁、锌对骨龄延迟的发生均有协同作用。 One hundred and eight casas (62 boys and 46 girls) aged 7 to 15 years with proved bone-age delay were matched with 108 controls. Their urinary fluoride (F) contents were determined with an ion-selective electrode and their serumcopper (Cu), serum calium (Ca), serum magnesium (Mg), and zinc (Zn)contents were determined with an atomic absorption spectrophotometer. The conditional logistic regresstion analysis showed that the children within the range of F from 316.32 to 1601.58μmol/L took higher risk suffering from bone-age delay than those whcse F ranged from 35.26 to 78.94μmol/L (OR=4.95) and that the children with Cu ranged from 13.69 to 22.82μmol/L were more dangerous chan those from 6.61 to 13.68μmol/L in developing bone-age delay (OR=4). The antagonism action between F (78.95~158.41μmol/L) ane Ca (2.13~2.37mmol.L) for inducing bone~age delay was indicatcd (OR=0.11) The results also showed synergism of Cu (13.69~15.89μmol/L) with Ca (2.38~2.62mmol/L) Mg (0.74~0.82μmol/L) and Zn (10.71~13.91μmol/L) resgectively.
