胆囊息肉样病变癌变倾向的临床基础研究——附DNA图象分析及CEA抗原表达

STUDY ON CANC ERATION OF POLYPOID LESIONS OF GALLBLADDER: WITH DNA IMAGE ANALYSIS AND CEA ANTIGEN EXPRESSION

采用多功能自动化图象分析仪,对114例胆囊息肉样病变进行细胞核DNA相对含量及形态特征原位定量研究;并应用免疫组化单抗技术分析了本病抗CEA单抗的抗原表达特征。探讨各型胆囊息肉样病变的变化及癌变倾向,并为本病术前定性诊断和治疗方法的选择提供参考指标。

Local quantitation of DNA in nucleus and its morphological feature of polypoid lesions of gallbladder (PLG) in 114 cases were studied by the use of multiple automatic image analysis system. The antigen expressing featurs at anti-CEA monoantibody in this disease were also studied with immunohistochemistry monoclonal antibody technique, to investigate various PLG changes and its malignant possibility.Cur investigation provided some good refrenees for the differential diagnosis befor operation and the choice of treating methods at various PLG.
