大鼠耳大神经躯体运动神经纤维的研究

THE SOMATIC MOTOR FIBERS PARTICIPATE IN THE GREAT AURICULAR NERVE OF THE RAT BY MEANS OF THE HORSE RADISH PEROXIDASE METHOD

通过向大鼠耳大神经干注HRP液,确保HRP无外溢的条件下,在颈髓C_1～C_4节段前角腹前外侧部,发现多极形的酶标细胞,多者每张切片3～5个,彼此靠近,集中于颈髓C_2、C_3节段内;少者每张切片1～2个,一般在颈髓C_1、C_4节段内。细胞直径为15μm～35μm,细胞核圆形或椭圆形,清亮可见。结果证明耳大神经内含躯体运动神经纤维,可能支配耳廓及其周围的横纹肌。

The afferent projections of the great auricular nerve were studied in the rats by using HRP method. Results obtained from the experimental group by 14 rats were as follows.The labeled cells were found in the vertral anterior lateral area of anterior horn of cervical 1～4 segments. Most of the cells in the cervical 2～3 segments were seen concentratedly and apparently, while the ones in the cervical 1 and 4 segments were not obvious. This experimental study showed that the muscle of the auticle and its close muscle were supplyed possibly by the somatic motor fibers of the great auricular nerve.
