The diagnosis and surgical treatment of Crohn's disease are discussed in detail. Among the 40 cases received surgical treatment which is mostly phase (1) enterectomy and enter-anastomosis, 34 cases were cured in which 2 cases were accompanied with anastomosis leakage, 6 cases died. Also the study indicates the importance of the use of SASP, azathiopurine and cortical hormone after operation.
