Effect of Immune RNA on IL-2 Activity of Cytomegalovirus Hepatitis Infants

本文将28例巨细胞病毒性肝炎患儿随机分成两组,用MTT比色法研究了特异性免疫核糖核酸(iRNA)对巨细胞病毒性肝炎患儿外周血IL-2水平的影响。结果表明:iRNA能提高巨细胞病毒性肝炎患儿外周血IL-2水平,治疗组患儿外周血IL-2水平比对照组明显增强。本研究为临床治疗巨细胞病毒性肝炎提供了理论依据和新方法。

The possible effect of immune RNA(iRNA) on activity of IL-2 of cytomegalovirus hepatitis infants was studied by MTT colorimetry. The results showed that iRNA enhanced the activity of IL-2 of cytomegalovirus hepatitis infants. This study provided theoretical basis for the treatment of cytomegalovirus hepatitis in infants with iRNA.
