硒对培养人内皮细胞脂质过氧化损伤的保护作用

摘要 以巯基氧化剂联胺引发培养人内皮细胞脂质过氧化损伤,从形态和功能两方面,研究了硒对内皮细胞损伤的保护作用。结果表明:硒可抑制联胺引起的细胞内过氧化脂质蓄积,减轻细胞收缩反应、生物膜系统损伤和前列环素合成障碍等。硒可能在动脉粥样硬化防治中有重要意义。 Lipid peroxidation was initiated in cultured human endothelial cells (ECs) with diamide and the protective effect of selenium on ECs were investigated. The results showed that after treatment with selenium, concentration of lipid peroxide in ECs induced by diamide was reduced markedly while prostacylin content in the medium was increased and morphological injury to ECs was alleviated. These results indicated that selenium could protect ECs from lipid peroxidative injury and might play an important role in retarding the process of atherosclerosis.
