摘要
对在厌食而就诊的儿童经临床各种检查,除外生长发育不良、贫血及其它疾病,诊断为单纯厌食症的儿童62名作为受检对象。采早晨空腹静脉血血清和头发为样品,经前处理后,用ICPQ-1012型电感耦合高频等离子体发射光谱仪测定锌、铁含量。结果:62名单纯厌食症儿童头发锌、铁含量无性别间差异,均值(分别为102.2ppm,39.9ppm)都在正常值范围;低发锌检出率为33.8%,低发铁检出率为8.1%;血清锌、铁也无性别间差异,血清锌均值(分别为7.68μmol/L)临近正常值下限边界值,血清铁均值(6.59μmol/L)非常显著低于正常下限值;低血清锌检出丰为43.5%,低血清铁检出率80.6%。结果表明:单纯厌食症儿童中约有半数以上儿童有锌、铁营养缺乏;评价单纯厌食症儿童锌、铁的营养状况时,以空腹血清为样品测定锌、铁含量较头发锌、铁含量测定敏感。
In orger to evaluate the nutrition conditional and the diagnostic significance, zine and iron were measured simultaneously in the hair and serum of the anorexia children of 62 cases. The mean values of hale zine and iron, 102.2ppm, 39.9ppm respectively were all in the normal range. The mean values of serum Zinc was 7.68μmol/L,which is below the normal limit and that of serum iron was 6.59μmol/L, apparently lower than the normal value. The incidence of hair zinc deficiency was 33.9% (21/62),hair iron deficiency was 8.1% (5/62). Serum Zine deficiency was 43.5% (27/62), serum iron deficiency was 80.6% (50/62). This result showed that, more than half of the anorexia children have the nutritional deficiency of zinc and iron; the result of the serum sample is more sensitive than that of the hair sample.
