摘要
银行大规模的裁员是国有银行改革人事制度,提高经营效益,增强竞争能力的重要措施。银行裁员是在内部和外部双重压力下出现的,产生了巨大的积极作用,但同时也存在一些有待解决的问题,所以必须完善银行人事管理制度,使裁员更加稳妥、有效地进行。
To reduce the staff in the large is an important measure for the state-run banks to reform the personnel system, to improve the running benefit and to strengthen the competitive power. The reduc-tion of the staff, arising from the internal and external pressure, has brought about tremendous posi-tive effect, but there still existed bore some problems in need of solution. Therefore, it is a must to perfect the personnel system of banks so that the reduction of the staff can be carried out in a more steady and effective way.
