摘要
本文给出了一种用于无创伤,连续地测量动脉血氧饱和度(SaO_2)的脉搏式血氧测定仪的原理、设计和仪器。脉搏血氧测定仪中使用的两个波长光是典型的红光和近红外光谱区的,正是对两波长相对光强比率的测量导致了血氧饱和度的计算。该脉搏血氧计采用了内含10位A/D转换器的Intel 8098单片机作为数据处理、计算和光驱动的控制。最后给出了初步的实验结果。
The theory, design and instrumentation of a pulse oximeter for the noninvasive and continuous measurement of arterial hemoglobin oxygen saturation (SaO_2) are presented. The two wavelengths of light used in the pulse oximeter are typically in the red and infrared ranges. It is the measurement of the relative intensities at these wavelengths that leads to the SaO_2 calculation. We have developed the oximeter using Intel 8098 single-chipcomputer with 10-bit A/D converter for the signal processing, calculation and light driver control. Finally, preliminary results of this oximeter are presented.
