摘要 应用自回归模型方法实现的彩色三维心音图微机分析系统提供了一个方便精确地在时间、频率和强度三维领域定量地研究心音信息的工具。用该系统对26例心脏病人的四类不同性质的杂音进行了谱分析,结果表明吹风样收缩期杂音谱峰频率为188.41±61.74H_z,喷射样收缩期杂音为210.98±34.77H_z,哈气样舒张期杂音为278.40±52.34H_z,隆隆样舒张期杂音为99.38±26.24H_z,两两比较有显著的统计学意义。本文对三维心音图的实现方法、自回归模型阶数的选择及影响谱分辨率的因素进行了讨论。 A three dimcnsional colored phonocardiogram microcomputer analysis system was rcalized by autoregrcssive model method. The system provided a convenient and accurate way of studying heart sound information quantitativcly from the domains of time, frequency and intensity. Four different kinds of murmurs in 26 patients with heart disease were classified by the usual clinical method and their spectral analyses performed by the three dimensional phonocardiogram. The results indicated that the dominant frequency peaks of whiffing systolic murmurs, ejecting systolic murmurs sighing diastolic murmurs and rumbling diastolic murmurs were 188.41±61.74Hz, 278.40±52.34Hz and 99.38±26.24Hz respectively. The values were significantly different when compared in couples. The method of the realization of three dimcnsional phonocardiogram, the selection of the order of autoregressive model and the influential factors of spectrum resolution were discussed.
