摘要 报道了依托咪酯注射液的HPLC测定方法,对色谱系统的适用性进行了讨论。进样量在4.7μg以下时工作曲线呈线性。在阳光照射、室内散射光照射、室温等条件下长期考察,依托咪酯注射液降解的速度常数 k 分别为0.102、0.0153、0.00663年^(-1),t_(0.9)分别为1.03、6.90、15.9年。 A HPLC method for the determination of etomidate in injectionis reported.The reliability of the chromatographic system is also discussed.Etomidate and its degradation products were separated effectively on a ZORBAXODS column at 50℃ with CH_3OH-NH_4OAc buffer(60:40) as mobile phase.Themethod has a linear calibration curve in the range of not more than 4.7μg.Thestability of etomidate injection under sunlight,at indoor scattered light,in tightand light-resistant container at room temperature was determined respectively.The velocity constants k of degradation were 0.102,0.0153,0.00663 a^(-1);and t_(0.9),were 1.03,6.90,15.9 a,respectively.
