摘要
四氯苯醌与维拉帕米在碱性水-醇介质中形成1:1的络合物,摩尔吸光系数ε=8.86×10~4L·mol^(-.1)·cm^(-1),λmax=345nm。研究了电荷转移反应及其条件,以及该方法在制剂测定中的应用。
A new spectrophotometric method for the determination of ve-
rapamil is based on the charge transfer reaction with tetrachlorobenzoquinone in
alkaline solution.The optimum condition for determination,the linear range and
the composition of the complex were reported.The proposed method was applied
to the determination of verapamil in tablets with satisfactory results.
