摘要
本文描述一种红血细胞处于动态变形条件下的物理特性的智能化测量方法,它用图象处理的方法测量群体红血细胞在动态变形条件下的截面平均长度、宽度、长/宽、及其在静态下平均表面积、平均体积等物理特性。这些物理特性具有重要的辅助临床诊断价值。
A measuring method for detecting physical properties of red blood cell in dynamic deformation is described in this paper. By using digital imaging processing method, we can measure such of its physical properties as the average length, width, and ratio of length to width in dynamic deformation, as well as the average surface area and average volume in static condition. These physical properties are of much value in clinical diagnosis.
