摘要
介绍用威布尔分布的数学模型拟合溶出速率实验数据的方法,以某一时间范围内的曲线下面积(AUC)来评价制剂的溶出情况,并给出可在 IBM-PC 及兼容机、Apple-Ⅱ机运行的优化计算机程序。
The method applying Weibull distribution mathematical modelto fit the data of dissolution test of solid dosage forms is introduced.Theparameter of area under curve (AUC)of dissolution during given time wasused as an index for estimating the quality of the solid preparations.An opti-mum computer program has been designed.
