摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定醋酸甲羟孕酮(安宫黄体酮)及有关物质的含量,色谱柱为 ODS 柱;流动相采用甲醇-水(67:33),流速1.0ml/min;紫外检测波长240nm;内标物为氢化可的松。测得安宫黄体酮对氢化可的松的校正因子(f)为0.9144,主要有关物质测定的变异系数小于5%,线性回归相关系数大于0.9985。
A HPLC method was developed for the assay of medroxyproges-terone acetate(MPA) and the detection of related substances.The MPA and itsrelated substances were separated by reversed-phase chromatographic columnpacked with Nucleous C 18,and detected at 240nm.The mobile phase con-sistsed of methanol and water(67:33),at flow rate of 1.0ml/min,using hydro-cortisone as internal standard.The correction factor of MPA to hydrocortisonewas 0.9144,coefficients of varivation for main related substances were less than5%,and coefficients of regression equations were more than 0.9985.
