摘要
甘糖酯(PGMS)是类肝素海洋药物。本文以鹌鹑高脂血症为模型观察了PGMS对鹌鹑肝脏和动脉壁胆固醇及丙二醛含量(MDA)的影响。结果表明,口服PGMS 6周,能明显抑制高脂饮食所致TC、(LDL+VLDL)-C水平的升高,提高HDL-C/TC及HDL_2-C/HDL_3-C值;明显减少鹌鹑肝脏和动脉壁胆固醇含量,特别是减少胆固醇酯在动脉壁的沉积和脂质过氧化物的终末产物MDA的生成。
Propylene glycol mannate sulfate (PGMS) is a new type of low molecular weight heparinoid marine agent. The effects of PGMS on hepatic and arterial cholesterol and malondialdehyde (MDA) were investigated in quails with hyperlipemia. The results showed that PGMS significantly inhibited elevation of serum TC and (LDL+VLDL)-C, and increased ratios of HDL-C/TC and HDL_2-C/HDL3-C. The hepatic and arterial TC, arterial cholesterol ester (CE) and MDAin treated groups were markedly lower than the control group at 8 weekend.
