摘要
刺参酸性粘多糖(SJAMP)明显抑制小鼠S180及乳腺癌细胞DNA的合成,对荷瘤小鼠正常肝细胞DNA的合成则具促进作用。以^(35)S-SJAMP进行了小鼠体内的吸收、分布、排泄及药物动力学研究。
~3H-TdR incorporation test showed that SJAMP inhibited obviously DNA synthesis of S180 and breast cancer cells, promoted DNA synthesis of hepatic cells. The metabolism study indicated that it conformed to the open two-comoartment model.
