摘要
本文在《压力容器缺陷评定规范》的基础上,进一步考虑材料性能不确定性和使用环境随机性的影响,用结构可靠性研究方法对含大量裂纹的某舰船锅炉汽水联箱进行安全性分析,给出其可靠度指标及失效概率,并用Monte-Carlo方法预测了裂纹扩展寿命,为正确确定汽水联箱的运行管理方式及合理的检修间隔期提供了重要的技术依据。
Based on 'Pressure Vessel Fault Evaluation Code' and taking into account the material performance dispersion and randomness of operation environment, the authors analyze the safety of a naval boiler drum with many cracks. In solving the problem, Monte-Carlo method is used, and this method provides a major technical basis for the establishment of a proper operation-management mode and rational time between maintenance for the naval boiler drum.
