摘要
本文根据结构可靠性理论的基本原理,并按照 IGC 规则的有关要求,研究了液化气体船液舱结构的疲劳可靠性问题,给出了用一阶二次矩方法计算液舱疲劳寿命可靠度的迭代流程。本文还根据“破坏前渗漏”准则,研究了裂纹穿透液舱壁出现渗漏后液舱可靠度的计算问题。此外,文中对若干影响液舱结构疲劳可靠性的重要不确定因素作了分析和讨论。
In this paper,fatigue reliability of the tank structure in liquified gas carriers is studied on the basis of the structural reliability theory and the requirements of IGC Codes.An iterative procedure to calculate the fatigue reliability of the tank structure is presented using first order second moment method.The reliability of the tank structure after the crack penetrates the tank wall and causes leakage of liquid cargo is also studied based on the“Leak before Failure”principle.Several important uncertainties which have significant contribution to the fatigue reliability of the tank structure are discussed.
