摘要 用超滤法分离了两种荻苇木素磺酸镁(切割分子量分别为6000和20000),并对其中切割分子量为20000的荻苇木素磺酸镁进行了离子交换,得到荻苇木素磺酸钠。对它们在二氧化钛—水体系中的分散性能及外界条件(pH值、温度和电解质等)的影响进行了研究,并与商品木材木素磺酸钠进行了比较。结果表明,荻苇木素磺酸镁具有良好的分散性能,对pH值,温度和电解质的适应性较好。还发现,分子量高的比分子量低的。 Two samples of reed magnesium lignosulfonate (Mg-LS) , molecular weight cut-off (MWCO) 6000 and 20000 respectively, were isolated from a reed bisulfite spent liquor by ultrafiltration. One of the ultrafiltrated Mg-LS (MWCO 20000) was converted into sodium ligno-sulfonate (Na-LS) by ion-exchange method. The dispersing properties of these lignosulfonates were e-valuated by a TiO2 dispersion test and compared with that of commercially available wood Na-LS. The effects of pH, tem-pareture and electrolyte on the dispersing properties of the lignosulfonates were also studied. The results show that the reed lignosulfonates have quite good dispersing power. It is found that the Mg-LS with higher molecular weight has better dispersing a-bility than that with lower molecular weight and reed Na-LS is more effective than reed Mg-LS.
