摘要
着重阐述了HC-3对纸张的增强机理及对草浆、木浆和废纸浆等浆种的增强情况。纸厂的应用实例表明HC-3比阴、阳离子淀粉具有更好的增强效果,能明显提高纸张质量、节约木浆,降低造纸成本,是一种理想的新型纸张增强剂。
The study on preparation and application of the multifunctional modified starch HC-3 which contains cationic, anioic and nonionic groups linked to the starch molecule is described. The mole ratio between the cationic groups, anionic groups and non-ionic groups of the starch is about (0. 125-0. 25) / (0. 04-0. 08) / (0. 10-0. 20). HC-3 is supperior to cationic and anionic starches in improving the dry strength such as Muller burst, breaking length and fold endurance of the paper made of wood pulp, straw pulp or waste paper stock either in acid or slightly alkali environment. HC-3 is an excellent dry strength agent and it is effective for upgrading the paper quality and reducing the cost. The strengthening mechanism of HC-3 is also described.
