涤纶布在胸壁恶性肿瘤广泛切除术后胸壁重建中的应用

The Use of Polyester Fibre Cloth in Reconstruction after Extensive Resection of Chest Wall Malignant Tumors

我院从1964年11月～1990年3月对10例、12例次胸壁恶性肿瘤广泛切除术后的胸壁缺损用涤纶布修补,均获成功。无手术死亡及术后并发症。本组男6例,女4例。年龄17～64岁。组织学类型:软骨肉瘤5例,横纹肌肉瘤2例,肺癌胸壁转移及局部外侵各1例,硬纤维瘤1例。本组病例均切除肋骨。切除缺损面积8×6cm至20×23cm。本文对理想重建材料的要求、选择及涤纶布修补胸壁缺损的有关问题进行讨论。

From November 1964 to March 1990,12 repairs of chest wall defects with polyester fibre cloth were performed in 10 cases of chest wall malignant tumors after extensive resection in our hospital. The operations were all suc- cessful and no operative mortality and complication occurred. Of these patients, 6 were male, 4 female. The age ranged from 17 to 64 years. There were 5 cases of chondrosarco- ma, 2 cases of rhabdomyosarcoma, one of each of lung cancer with chest wall metastasis and regional invasion respective- ly, and 1 case of desmoid tumor. In this series, rib resections were performed in all patients. The area of chest wall defects was from 8×6cm to 23× 20cm. In this paper, the requirement and choice of reconstructive materials and other problems concerning repair of chest wall defects are discussed.
