经皮下植入动脉给药装置加微泵导向化疗治疗转移性肝癌10例临床报告

Hepatic Artery Infusion Chemotherapy for Secondary Liver Cancer.Report on 10 Cases

皮下植入动脉给药装置加微泵导向化疗,治疗转移性肝癌10例(男9例,女1例),年龄24～63岁。强调在切除原发肿瘤的基础上,应用此法,临床观察除2例死于并发症外,余8例生存,最长已半年。认为这种方法可将抗癌药大量、直接、反复地长期作用于癌灶,显著地提高治疗效果,病人反应轻微活动自由,是目前较为理想的一种治疗新法。

Ten patients received hepatic artery infusion chemotherapy (HAI) are reported. The primary tumor was resected already and an infusal port with catheter system was implanted in the abdominal wall. MMC and 5-Fu were injected into the window of the apparatus via a mechanical pump at a constant speed of 100ml per hour. Two patietns died of intercurrent complications while the others are still alive for up to more than half a year. This method enables the anti- tumor drugs to get access into the tumor area directly, repeatedly and sufficiently. Patients were benefited by less side re- action and apparantly longer survival.
