放射性核素骨显像检测恶性肿瘤骨转移及其与X线骨检查对比 被引量:4

Evaluation of Radionuclide Bone Scintigraphy and Radiographic Bone Surveys for Detecting Skeletal Metastasis in Patients with Primary Cancer

摘要 本文对43例病理诊断为恶性肿瘤的病人,当其出现骨转移症状时,进行放射性核素骨显像并与X线骨骼检查进行对照研究。两种方法符合率88%,对于放射性核素骨显像,其阳性率为70%,假阴性率2.3%。结果表明在检测原发肿瘤骨转移时,放射性核素骨显像应做为一常规检查手段。为了减少假阳性的出现,X线骨检查应用来辨别骨显像中所显示的可疑转移区。 The value of radionuclide bone scintigraphy and radiographic bone surveys for detecting skeletal metastasis was studied in 43 petients with histology-proven primary Cancer with skeletal metastatic symptoms. The con- cordance rate of the two methods was 88%. For skeletal scintigraphy, positive detection rate was 70%,false-negative rate was 2. 3%. Scintigraphy is indicated as a routine procedure for detecting skeletal metastasis in patient with primary cancer. In order to minimize the false-positivity,radiographic bone surveys are used to identify the suspicious sites demonstrated by scintigraphy.
