阿普唑仑血药浓度的反相HPLC测定法及其药物动力学研究

摘要 用反相HPLC法测定血清中的阿普唑仑,平均回收率为98.39%,日内和日间平均变异系数分别为4.3%和4.6%,最低检出浓度为5ng/ml,线性范围0.01~50μg/ml(r=0.9995)。还研究了本品在小鼠体内的药物动力学。 A reversed-phase HPLC determination of alprazolam in serum was discribed.The measurable lowest concentration was 5ng/ml. Peak height and alprazolam concentration were linearly related from 0.01 to 50μg/ml(r=0.9995).The mean recovery from serum sample supplemented with alprazolam was 98.39%. Means of within-day cv and between-day cv were 4.3% and 4.6%, respectively. The pharmacokinetic study of alprazolam in mice after intragastric administration is reported.
