消溶肝胆结石片治疗肝胆结石病研究

A Research on Hepatic and Gallstone Treated with Xiao Rong Gan Dan Jie Shi Tablet

消溶肝胆结石片是口服溶石中药制剂,经试管、动物体内溶石实验证实有显著溶石作用。将本品与消炎利胆片对照验证171例肝胆结石病人,消溶肝胆结石片的总有效率为93%,其中结石完全溶解消失者占39%,结石消溶1/2以上者占41%,结石部分消溶者占13%。肝内胆管结石完全消溶者达88%。溶石和改善临床症状疗效均明显高于对照组(p<O.01)。本品经动物急、慢毒性试验及临床观察无毒副作用。对肝胆管结石和胆囊结石均有较好的溶石疗效。

Xiao Rong Gan Dan Jie Shi tablet is an oral preparation of Chinese herbs. It had a significant function for dissolving stone proved by experiments of tube and animals. 171 cases of hepatic and gallstone had been treated with this preparation and compared with Xiao Yah Li Dan tablet. The total effective rate of Xiao Rong Gan Dan Jie Shi tablet was 93%, of which calculi were all dissolved and disappeared accounting for 39%. Partial caluli were dissolved accounting for 13%. Biliary caluli in liver were all dissolved accounting for 88%. The curative effects of dissolving stone and improvement of clinical symptoms were makedly superior to the control group (p<0.01). At the same time, this preparation had no toxicity and side-effect through the acute and chronic toxin experiments in animals as well as clinical observation.
