内关-心脏相关及孤束核的调控作用

The Correlation between Nelguan(PC 6)and the Heart and the Regulative Functions of nucleus of Solitary Tract

经络学说是中医理论的重要内容,经络-脏腑相关是其核心。本文以心包经内关-心脏相关为主题,应用现代电生理学技术,外周与中枢相结合,在家兔急性心肌缺血模型上,证明电针“内关”可纠正缺血心肌电紊乱现象;双向调整急性心肌缺血所导致的孤束核、下丘脑后区基本活动过程的变化。提示这2个结构是内关-心脏相关联系的重要中枢环节。赋予经络-脏腑相关理论新的实验佐证,为临床针刺治疗缺血性心脏病提供了电生理学基础。

The meridian theory is the important content of TCM theories,in which the core is the correlation between meridians and viscera. Taking the correlation between Neiguan(PC 6)and the heart as the subject, adopting the modern electrophysiological techniques, combining the periphery with the center ,and depending on the rabbit model of acute myocardial isehemia, this paper proves that, by means of electric needling on Neiguan(PC 6), it can rectify the electric confusion phenomenon of ischemic myocardium and can regulate the changes of basic activity process in the nucleus of solitary tract and posterior region of hypothalamus caused by acute myocardial ischemia. It suggests these two kinds of structure be the key central links of the correlation between Neiguan(PC 6)and the heart. It provides a new experimental proof about the correlation theory between meridians and viscera and also provides the electrophysiological basis for treating ischemic heart disease with acupuncture in clinic.
