摘要
本文用中药扶正升白胶囊(FSH)治疗苯中毒白细胞减少症35例。总有效率为88.5%;安慰剂对照组治疗31例,总有效率为19.35%,两组疗效差异显著(P<0.01),说明FSH对苯中毒白细胞减少症有满意疗效。为探讨该方的升白疗效机理是否与抗自由基损伤有关,采用TBA值荧光法测定了低白小鼠血清脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量。结果证明,低白动物LPO明显增高,提示白细胞减少时,自由基反应可能使白细胞破坏增加;但经FSH治疗后,白细胞升高与LPO无相关关系。说明FSH升高白细胞的疗效机理与抗自由基损伤无关。
Treating 35 eases of benzene poisoning leukopenia with Fuzheng-Shengbai capsule(FSH),the total effective rate is 88.5%. There are 31 cases in control group,and the total effective rate is 19.35%. The difference between these two groups is obvious (p<0.01). It explains the FSH has the satisfactory curative effect on benzene poisoning leukopenia. In order to explore whether the treatment mechanism of FSH in increasing leukocyte relates to resisting the free radical injury,the authors adopt the TBA fluorophotometry to detect the amount of serum lipid peroxide(LPO)of hypoleukocytic mouse. The result shows the LPO of hypoleukocytic animal is increased noticeably. It suggests when the leukocyte is decreased the free radical reaction increase the destruction of leukocyte. But after treatment with FSH,the increase of leukocyte has no correlation to LPO,it explains the treatment mechanism of FSH in increasing leukocyte does not relate to resisting the free radical injury.
