Treatise on Febrile Diseases and 'Huaibing'

本文主要论述三个问题。一是坏病的概念。坏病一般认为是因医生误治而致的变证,实际内涵还应包括各种疑似难辨难治的病证。二是《伤寒论》关于坏病的辨治原则及其具体例证,并通过对这些具体例证的分析探讨,揭示辨证方法。这是《伤寒论》中最有价值的部分,也是《伤寒论》理论的精髓所在。三是辨治坏病的方法和规律。因其能有效地指导疑难病的辨治。因而最有临床意义,值得深入研究。

The article discusses 3 problems. First, Huaibing includes the deteriorated case due to wrong treatment as well as various cases which are difficult to diagnose and cure. Second ,by analysing the principle of differentiation and treatment and examples of Huaibing, the author reveals method of differentiation of syndromes, which is valuable part and theoretical pith in Treatise on Febrile Diseases. Third, it is of clinical significance and of value to study further because the method and law of differentiation and treatment of Huaibing can effectively guide the differentiation and treatment of difficult and complicated cases.
