人造补血药中微量砷的含量测定

Quantitative determination of trace amount of arsenic in renzao buxueyao by spectrophotometry

本文以砷钼蓝-孔雀绿分光光度法直接定量测定人造补血药中的微量砷。在0.1～0.8μg/ml浓度范围内,浓度与吸收度呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率99.92%,变异系数为1.01%。

A spectrophotometric method with arsenic molybdate blue-malachitegreen was used for the quantitative determination oftrace amount of arsenic(As)in renzao buxueyao.The linear relationship was well within the concentration range of As 0.1～0. 8μg/ml,the average recovery was 99.9%,cv was 1.01%.
