高蛋白食物对庆大霉素体内清除的影响

庆大霉素为一广谱氨基糖甙类抗生素,临床上广泛用于多种革兰氏阳性和革兰氏阴性细菌感染。由于它的治疗指数狭窄、毒副作用大,已列为临床常规监测的药物之一。庆大霉素在体内很少被代谢,主要以原形从肾脏排泄。本文以犬为实验对象,研究了高蛋白食物对庆大霉素体内清除的影响,结果表明:高蛋白食物明显加快庆大霉素的体内清除,犬食用高蛋白食物后,庆大霉素的机体清除率增加70%,药时曲线下面积明显减小(P<0.01),表观分布容积和分布速率常数无明显的变化(P>0.05)。

Gentamicin is a broad spectrum aminoglycoside antibiotic.It is widely used to treat systemic infections involving gram-negative and gram-postive bacteria.Because of its narrow theapeutic index and higher toxicity,it has been one of medicineswhich plasma level must be monitored.Gentamiein is mainly excreted unchanged by the kidney via glomerular filtration.Thispaper studied the effects of high protein food on gentamicin elimination in 8 dogs.After high protein food was ingested in dogs,the body eliminative rate was increased by 70% and the area under the curve off gentamicin was significantly decreased(P<0. 01).No differences was found on distribution volume and distribution rate(P>0.05).
