环丙沙星与诺氟沙星随机对照治疗下呼吸道感染30例

The theraputic observation of treating 30 cases of lower respiratory tract infection with ciprofloxacin and nofloxacin

本文应用环丙沙星片及诺氟沙星片随机对照治疗下呼吸道感染30例,对治愈率、细菌清除率不良反应等进行对比,并进行统计学处理。结果表明,环丙沙星组治愈率明显高于诺氟沙星组且不良反应轻微,口服应用、安全、方便。

Thiry cases suffering from lower respiratory tract infection were trated with ciprofloxacin(CPFL)and nofloxacin(NFL).The observed data were analyzed.Resuets showed that there were significant difference in the curative rate,bacteria clearance,adverse aetions,etc between CPFL and NFC(P<0.05),the tatal curative rate with CPFL was higher.
