摘要
本文采用紫外分光光度法测定尿液中环丙沙星(iprofloxacin 环丙氟哌酸)的排泄量,尿样用0.01mol/L NaOH 液稀释,在335nm 波长处直接测定吸收度,平均回收率为100.0%,CV=0.76%(n=9),6例受试者环丙沙星的尿药总排泄量为给药量的61%。
The ciprofloxacin output in urine was determined by UV-spetrophotometrie method.Urine was diluted with 0.01mol/Lsodium hydroxide.Ciprofloxacin was analyzed at 335nm.Average recovery was 100.0% and cv was 0.76%(n=9).Theciprofloxacin output in urine of 6 cases accounted for 61.0% of total dose of oral administration.
