Bioavailability of praziquantel tablets in healthy volunteers

本文建立了测定人血浆中吡喹酮的高效液相色谱法,比较了12名健康受试者分别单剂量口服国产及进口吡喹酮片剂后的相对生物利用度,结果两者除T_(max)可能由于制剂赋形剂不同引起显著性差异(P<0.05)以外,AUC(0～∞)及C_(max)均无显著性差异(P>0.05),相对生物利用度F=102%。

A high performance liquid chromatographic analysis of praziquantel(PQT)in human plasma is presented.The methodwith dirtect UV detection was sufficiently sensitive for 50ng/ml PQT.Single-dose pharmacokinetics of PQT in 12 healthyvolunteers taking tablet A(made in China)or tablet B(made in Korea)containing 1200 mg PQT were compared.The studydescribed has shown that the (A)AUC/(B)AUC_(0→∞)=1.02(P>0.05);T_(1/2)=1.20h.
