差示扫描电位法测定诺氟沙星的含量

Determination of norfloxacin by differential scanning potentiometry

本文介绍了差示扫描电位法在药物分析中的应用,并测定了诺氟沙星的含量,同时与紫外分光光度法进行了比较。结果表明:差示扫描电位法所需的设备简单,灵敏度高,结果可靠,可作为弱酸弱碱药物含量测定的一种新方法。

This paper introduced the use of differential scanning potentiometry(DSP)in drug analysis.The DSP was used todetermine the concentration of norfloxacin and compared with ultraviolet method.The result showed that DSP might be a newmethod to determin weak base and acid drugs.Simple equipment was needed,and reliable results could be obtained.
