摘要
用原子吸收分光光度法测定兔血清锌、铜浓度。在1.53~15.3μmol/L 范围内为直线,r=0.9996,日内、日间变异系数小于4%,回收率99%,血清中最低检测限为0.122μmol/L。硫酸锌(Zn^(2+),1mg/kg)静脉注射后,药时曲线符合二室开放模型:α=4.838h^(-1),β=0.320h^(-1),T_(1/2)α=0.149h,T_(1/2)β=2.25h,Vc=0.087L/kg,K_(12)=2.354h^(-1),K_(21)=2.051h^(-1),K_(10)=0.753h^(-1),AUC=34.316h·μg/ml。静注硫酸锌后,兔血清铜浓度降低,提示补锌时应注意对其他微量元素的影响。
The pharmacokinetics of zinc sulfate was studies in new zealand white rabbits.Serum zinc and copper levels weredetermined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry.After adiministering zinc sulfate(Zn^(2+),1 mg/kg iv),the pharmacokineticparameters of zinc calculated using a two compartmeht open model were:a=4838h^(-1),β=0.32h^(-1),T_(1/2)α=0.149h,T_(1/2)β=2.250 h,Vc=0.087L/kg,K_(12)=2.354h^(-1),K_(21)=2.051h^(-1),K_(10)=0.735h^(-1),AUC=34.316h·μg/ml.On the other hand,serum copper levels decreased by 25% after dosage of zinc sulfate.The results indicated that special care should be taken in thechange of copper concentration when supplementation with zinc.
