摘要
本文针对灭菌制剂百级层流和万级乱流洁净室,采取琼脂平板暴露法,考察平板暴露时间、细菌培养时间、霉菌测定、空气净化时间以及洁净室状态对洁净室空气菌落数的影响。结果表明:洁净室空气净化30min,平板暴露30min,细菌培养48h,霉菌培养72h,以生长细菌与霉菌平均菌落数之和为洁净室空气菌落数,能客观地反映洁净室生物微粒沉降密度。该方法适宜医院灭菌制剂洁净室空气菌落数的测定。
The assay observed the effect of the time of plate exposure,bacterium culture and air purification,the effect offungus determination and the state of the clean rooms on the number of air bacteria in the clean rooms.The resultsof experiment showed that the air in the clean rooms was purified for 30min,plates were exposed for 30min,bacte-ria were cultivated for 48h,and funguses for 72h,and that the number of air bacteria in the clean rooms was thenumber of bacteria which were cultivated for 48h,plus that of funguses which were cultivated for 72h.The methodsmentioned above applied to the determination of air bacteria in the clean rooms of sterilization preparation rooms inhospitals
