摘要
采用大鼠耗竭游泳作为动物运动模型,用戊巴比妥酸(TBA)法测定脂质过氧化水平,薄层色谱—定磷法测定心磷脂含量,细胞色素C还原法测定细胞色素C氧化酶活性。结果如下:耗竭运动时,肝线粒体脂质过氧化水平升高24%;心磷脂含量下降21%;细胞色素C氧化酶活性下降25%。上述结果表明:耗竭运动时,机体内源自由基的产生是运动损伤和整体疲劳的原因之一。
The effects of exhaustive swimming on the mitochondria lipid peroxidation level, cardiolipin content and cytochrome C oxidase activity in rat liver were investigated. The MDA content was examined with TBA reaction, the content of cardiolipin was determined according to established techniques, and the cytochrome C oxidase activity was measured by the rate of oxidation of ferrocytochrome C. The results showed that after exhaustive swimming the MDA formation in liver mitochondria was increased by 24% (P<0.01), the cardiolipin contents decreased by 21% (P<0.01) and the cytochrome C oxidase activity was decreased by 25% (P<0.01). The above findings suggest that exhaustive exercise may cause a substantial attack of oxygen radicals on the tissue, resulting in lipid peroxidation of the biomembranes, decreases in cardiolipin content and cytochrome C oxidase activity. This might be one of the important factors for the partial loss of mitochondrial function induced by exhaustive swimming.
