摘要
本实验室既往的研究工作表明结合臂旁核(NPB)可能参与了由内啡肽介导的低氧呼吸抑制机制。本实验在麻醉、自然呼吸的去除外周化学感受器的兔上,用核团推挽灌流和放射免疫方法,观察到低氧通气抑制的同时,NPB区推挽灌流液中β-内啡肽含量明显升高,并与每分通气量和动脉氧分压之间存在指数负相关,进一步证实低氧下弓状核释放出的β-内啡肽作用于NPB而导致呼吸抑制的假设。
Our previous studies have demonstrated that nucleus parabrachialis (NPB) is involved in hypoxic respiratory inhibition induced by endorphin activity of nucleus arcuate (ARC). In the present study on peripheral chemodenervated, vagotomized and spontaneously breathing rabbits, using push-pull perfusion technique and RIA, it was found that the content of endorphin in the perfusate from the NPB area was markedly increased during hypoxia. There was a negative exponential correlation between endorphin content and Pao2 as well as minute ventilation. It may be inferred from the above results that endorphin released from ARC during hypoxia suppresses respiration via NPB.
