摘要
连续取样及镜检结果表明:(1)芝麻花芽分化始于播种后15天左右,每朵花从分化到成熟约需30天。(2)花的分化过程可分为5个时期:原始体分化期,萼片原基分化期,花瓣与雄蕊原基分化期,雌蕊心皮原基分化期,雌雄蕊雏形至成熟期。(3)侧花的分化始于中花的花瓣及雄蕊原基分化期。(4)花序类型为圆锥状二歧聚伞花序。
The results of successive sampling and observation under microscope showed that:(1)The flower bud initiated at about fifteen days after sowing.The duration from the begining of differentiation to mature of a flower was thirty days.(2)The process of the differentiation might be divided into five stages,i.e.the primitive,the sepal primordium,the petalstamen primordium,the pistile-carpel primordiun,and the young anther and pistile maturing.(3)When the middle flower was already at the petal-stamen primordium stage,the side flowers started to differentiate.(4)The inflorescence pattern belonged to paniculate dichaisa.
