摘要
1986、1990—1992年4年,采用田间自然诱发和人工接种方法共鉴定212份芝麻品种(系)对花生条纹病毒的抗性。结果表明,品种(系)间抗性差异显著,发现3个高抗品种,2个发病较轻的品系,参试10个芝麻推广品种均不抗病。
212 sesame varieties(lines) were evaluated for resistance to Peanut Stripe Virus(PStV) by natural infection in the field and sap-inoculation in 1986,1990,1991 and 1992 in Wuchang.Reactions of sesame varieties(lines ) tested to PStV varied greatly.Three varieties showed high resistance to PStV.All ten cultivars were susceptible to PStV while two sesame breeding lines showed less infection rates in a field trial.
