芸薹属油菜种质资源抗(耐)菌核病、病毒病的鉴定 被引量:13

摘要 芸薹属油菜种质资源抗(耐)菌核病、病毒病的鉴定结果表明:1.抗菌核病的基因主要存在于B和C染色体组,抗芜菁花叶病毒(TuMV)的基因主要存在于C染色体组。2,农艺性状与抗菌核病性存在相关;B.campestris有效分枝点高度、B.carinata的株高、有效分枝点高度与抗性指标RRA分别呈显著和极显著正相关,B.juncea二次有效分枝数与RRA呈显著负相关,B.napus的上述性状与RRA相关不显著。3.油菜单株产籽量和产油量随病情加重而下降,达显著或极显著程度。 Virus and sclerotinia disease resistances of rapeseed germplasm were studied with results as follows.(1)Genes for sclerotinia resistance existed mainly in genome B and C while those controlling virus resistance(TuMV) were in genome C.(2) The resistance to sclerotinia was related with some agronomic traits.A significant positive correlation was found between the height from ground to the first branching site with RRA(an indicator of resistance)in B.campetris.In B.carinata.Plant height and the height of first branching site were significantly or highly significantly correlated with RRA.In B.juncea,there was a significant negative correlation between the number of secondary branches andRRA.However,no significant correlation was found between agronomic traits and RRA in B,napus.(3)Seed yield per plant and oil content decreased with the increase of incidence of virus or sclerotinia infection,and the negative correlations among them reached a significant level.
