新疆野生油菜、黑芥、芥菜型和白菜型油菜酸性磷酸化酶同工酶的比较研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文采用淀粉凝胶平板电泳法,对新疆野生油菜、黑芥、芥菜型油菜和白菜型油菜芽期的酸性磷酸化酶同工酶进行比较研究。结果表明:(1)新疆野生油菜与黑芥的同工酶谱有明显的差别,各条带的迁移率也不相同,酶谱相似度指数极小,(2)从酶谱带的数目、宽窄、迁移率和酶谱相似度指数分析,芥菜型油菜与新疆野生油菜亲缘关系最近,与白菜型次之,而与黑芥最远。新疆栽培芥菜型油菜可能起源于新疆野生油菜。 Wild rape accessions collected in Xinjiang,Drassica nigra,B.juncea and B.campestris were comparatively studied for their acid phosphatase isozyme in bud through starch gel slab elec-trophoresis.The results showed that there were marked differences in the zymogram between the wild rape and B.nigra.The mobility of each band was different between them,and the similarity index between them was very low.Based on the number,width,mobility and similarity index of the acid phos-phatase isozyme bands,B.juncea was analysed to have a closet relationship with the Xinjiang wild rape followed by that with B.campestris and a farest relationship with B.nigra.Cultivated rape varieties of B.juncea in Xinjiang might have possibly originated from the Xinjiang wild rape species.
