夏播条件下大豆成熟期基因作用的研究

STUDY ON EFFECT OF MATURITY GENES IN SOYBEANS UNDER SUMMER SOWING CONDITON

本文利用Clark和Harosoy成熟期等位基因系,研究了在夏播条件下成熟期基因E_1/e_1,E_2/e_2和E_3/e_3,对出苗—开花、开花—成熟阶段以及全生育期的作用。与春播相比,各成熟期基因作用的方向一致,但作用程度不同。显性基因延迟成熟的效应大为减低。E_1使成熟延迟10天,E_2延迟6天,E_3延迟3天。成熟期基因具累加效应。在Clark等基因系中,E_1显著降低了粒大小,E_2和E_3对株高的作用显著。在Harosoy等基因系中,E_1和E_3造成了显著的倒伏差异。

Clark and Harosoy maturity isolines were used to study the effect of maturity genes E1e2,and E3e3 on stages of emerging to flowering,flowering to maturity and emerging to maturity under summer sowing conditions.As a comparison with spring sowing condition the tendences to the effect were the same,but levels of ehe effect were different.The effect of dominant genes decreased largely.Maturity was delayed 10,6 and 3 days by E1,E2 and E3.The genes were of mainly additive effect.In Clark isolines,dominant gene E1 decreased 100-seed weight significantly.The effect of gene E2 and E3 on plant height was significant.In Harosoy isolines,gene E1 and E3 made difference of lodging scale significantly.
