摘要
本文通过双列杂交对花生叶片形状的遗传属性及配合力进行了分析。结果表明花生窄叶性状受显性基因控制,F_2代窄叶与宽叶的分离符合一对基因遗传(3:1)的分离比例。在不含典型窄叶亲本的组合中,叶片宽度存在一定的杂种优势,但一般配合力的效应大于特殊配合力效应,说明叶形指数主要受加性基因控制,遗传力较高。
Genetic nature and combining ability for leaf shape in four groundnut varieties were analysed through a diallel cross.The character of narrow leaflet was dominantly-inherited.The segregation of narrow and normal leaflet in F2 populations indicated that the narrow leaflet was controlled by a dominant gene.In those crosses without the typical narrow leaf variety as parent,there was he-terosis on leaf wideth,but the effect of general combining ability was more important than that of special combining ability indicating the index of leaf shape(length:wideth) was controlled by additive genes with a relatively high heritability.
