This paper describes the reason and importance of devlopiong a new documenfary automatic ma \| nagement system.The structure of the software and the part of the interface are shown. There are some main objectives: control of the Microsoft Word,feeling for the word, printing of paper with format,connection with the database. The system can save all informations of the documentary, manage it by the order, find it by the key,and transmit it by the network. The operation is simple, safe and reliable.
