摘要 大鼠运动后血浆锌水平下降、肝脏锌和金属硫蛋白含量明显增加;大鼠腹腔注射肾上腺素和地塞米松后12小时,组织锌代谢变化与运动后锌代谢变化相似。表明运动可以使机体锌产生重新分布;儿茶酚胺和糖皮质激素参与运动调节锌代谢。 After 4 day's swimming, the plasma zinc level of rats decreased (exercisegroup: 2.08±0.30μg/ml; control group: 2.47±0.28μg/ml. P<0.01), the liverzinc content increased(exercise group: 38.22 ±3.59μg/g; control group: 29.01±1.90μg/g, P<0.01) and the metallothionein (MT) content of liver increased too(exercise group: 82 .99 + 27.67μg/g; control group: 6.99± 5.82μg/g, P<0.0l).12hours after peritoneal injecting epinephrine(20μg/kg body weight, repeated for 6times) and dexamethasone (20 mg/kg body weight), the level of rat's plasmazinc decreased and the liver zinc and MT content increased significantly. The results suggested that exercise could redistribute body's zinc, decrea- sing plasma zinc level and increasing liver zinc and MT content. Catecholamineand glucocorticoids could induce MT expression and enhance the content of liverzinc. The zinc homeostasis was regulated by exercise througt MT synthesis.
