摘要
观察了游泳训练后鼠心肌组织中牛磺酸含量的变化以及牛磺酸对急性运动后血清心肌酶(LDH、GOT和CPK)的影响。结果表明:1.游泳训练后心肌组织中牛磺酸含量较对照组显著增加;2.不给予牛磺酸的鼠,运动后即刻和运动后16小时的血清酶较对照组显著增加;预先给予牛磺酸的鼠,运动后即刻的血清酶较对照组显著增加。运动后16小时的值(除了LDH外)与对照组无显著差异。本研究结果提示运动训练后心肌组织中增加的牛磺酸,可能对运动心肌有膜保护作用。
The changes of taurine concentration in myocardium after swimming tra-ining,and the effect of taurine on the serum emzymes(LDH,GOT &CPK) af-ter acute exercise were observed to investigate the metabolism and biologicalactions of taurine.The results showed that 1. Taurine concentration in myo-cardium after swimming training increased significantly compared with the con-trol group.2.The serum enzymes in rats without taurine administration im-mediately after exercise and 16 hrs after exercise increased significantly ompa-red with the control group; in the taurine administered rats,the serum enzym-es in the exercise group increased significantly immediatly after exercise com-pared with the control group,but at 16 hrs after exercise there was no signifi-cant difference between the two groups.These results suggest that the increa-sed taurine in the myocardium after exercise training may have protectiveeff-ect on the myocardium membranes.
