甘蔗渣湿法散堆贮存的试验研究

Trial of Bagasse Piling and Storing in Wet State

1650吨的蔗渣湿法堆放贮存试验表明,湿法堆存,具有操作管理方便、损耗少、成本低、保存期长、能有效地防止自燃事故等优点。在相同工艺条件下蒸煮,并使浆料达到近似硬度,湿法散堆与半干打包堆存相比较,粗浆得率提高4.34％,堆心部及底层蔗渣的白度比半干打包堆存蔗渣白度平均高9.5度(ZBD)。

Piling and storing trial of 1650 tons of bagasse in wet state were carried out in pressing season of 1991-1992, trial results indicated that the advantages of bagasse pulping with wet method included more convenient for operation and handling, less consumption , lower cost and free of self-burning risk when it was stored for a long time. The pulp yield of the bagasse piled with the wet method was 4. 34% higher than that packed and piled in half-dried state in the comparable pulping conditions and kappa number, furthermore, brightness of the bagasse in the centre and bottom of the pile was 9.5% higher in average than that of bagasse packed and stored in half-dried state.
