摘要 竹浆纤维次生壁的微细结构与针叶木或阔叶木纤维不同,竹纤维次生壁的外层很薄,内层是由交替排列的数层宽层和窄层组成。因此在打浆过程中竹纤维表现出较大的特殊性,打浆度上升快,纤维表面容易起毛,容易内帚化。本文从竹浆纤维形态和微细结构的特点,讨论了竹浆打浆的特殊要求是较多的挤压、摩擦力,较少的剪切力为宜。 The ultrastructure of secondary wall of bamboo fiber is quite different from softwood and hardwood fibers. The cell wall of bamboo fiber exhibits a polylamellate structure. The inner part of the secondary wall consists of several alternately arranged broad and narrow layers. Bamboo fiber shows special behavior during beating, particularly it is very easy to create both external and internal fibrillation in the cell wall, and the beating degree of the pulp increases rapidly. Approporiate beating technology for bamboo fiber is discussed.
